Secure your spot at the 2025 March LVK Collaboration meeting by completing the registration process.
Online payment is required for registration (VISA and Mastercard). Payment for accommodation should be made directly to the hotel. Please be sure to mention LVK 2025 when reserving accommodation.
Registration includes the welcome reception (canapés and drinks), daily morning tea and afternoon tea (tea, coffee, and a selection of sweet and savoury food), daily lunch, and a poster reception (canapés and drinks).
Registration fees are:
EARLY BIRD (until 31 Jan 2025) CLOSED:
Regular: $1000 AUD (approx. $675 USD / €620 EUR)
Students: $850 AUD (approx. $570 USD / €525 EUR)
FULL FEES (1 Feb 2025 to 16 March 2025):
Regular: $1100 AUD (approx. $735 USD / €680 EUR)
Students: $950 AUD (approx. $635 USD / €590 EUR)
The conference/networking dinner is an additional $135 AUD ($89 USD, €82 Euro), which you can select and pay for when you register.

Changes and cancellations
Please contact [email protected] if you require a refund to cancel your attendance, a cancellation fee will apply. Requests for refunds will need to be received by 15th February 2025 23:59 UTC. No refunds will be provided after that date.

Accommodation
For your convenience, accommodation has been arranged at both the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park and Mercure Melbourne Albert Park, where the LVK Collaboration Meeting will take place. Staying at these hotels means you’ll have easy access to all the conference sessions without the need for additional travel.
